Mikesigns has been painting signs in Central California since 1973. At that time, were no computers or vinyl to cut signs out of, only paint. We specialized in custom airbrush painted signs and did trucks, boat, racecars and anything else that came along. When computers and plotters came on the scene, Ronnie Day talked us into going that way and vinyl signs were added to the mix. Customers were able to get a less expensive sign, faster, and still keep the custom, artistic look that they had come to expect. We still paint but we also do alot of vinyl. Trucks, cars, boats, aluminum blanks like "NO PARKING" signs, overlaid plywood, coroplast...we just don't do electrical signage and we are not as excited about going out and painting walls like we used to.
